Ingredients
  • 6 scoops (90g) Vidaslim Coffee powder
  • 1/2 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (50g) oats
  • 2 tbsp (28g) Stevia (natural sweetener)
  • 1 cup (240mL) cold skimmed milk
Preparation

Line a 9x5" loaf pan with baking paper.

In a large bowl, stir together the Vidaslim Coffee powder, cocoa powder, oats, and powdered Stevia. Mix in the cold skimmed milk until fully incorporated. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan, and evenly press it down with a spatula. Chill for at least 2 hours, or until firm, before slicing into bars.

Serves - 6 bars

Ingredients
  • 2 scoops (60g) Vidaslim Coffee powder
  • 1/2 cup (60g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (50g) oats
  • 1 & 1/2 cup (210g) frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed and drained
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the Vidaslim Coffee powder, cocoa powder, and oats.

Puree the strawberries until completely smooth. Add the puree to the cocoa mixture and stir until all the dry ingredients have been incorporated. (If necessary, stir in 1 teaspoon of water at a time if the mixture is too dry to hold together.) Shape into small balls. Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat.

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 4 scoops Vidaslim Coffee powder
  • 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk
Preparation

Combine all the dry ingredients well in a small jar or cup.

Add the skimmed milk and stir with a spoon.

Cover and set in the fridge. Return in about 10 minutes just to give it another stir to move all the seeds evenly throughout the liquid. This stirring will loosen up the chia seeds from clumping together.

Leave in the fridge overnight.

The next morning. froth up some fresh milk and sprinkle little quantity of cinnamon and cocoa powder on the top and serve.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Vidaslim Coffee drink - mix 4 scoops Vidaslim coffee powder in 200ml water
  • 1 cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Skimmed Milk
  • 1/2 tsp or 2 sachets Sweetener (Stevia)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Preparation

In a high-speed blender, add all the ingredients. Blend on high speed until completely smooth. Enjoy a glass full of healthy coffee drink.

Add ice cubes as per taste.

Makes - 1 glass

Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened skimmed milk
  • 2/3 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 4 scoops Vidaslim Coffee powder in 200ml water
  • 2 teaspoons instant espresso coffee or any instant coffee
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a high - speed blender and puree until smooth.

Note: For best results, add all the liquid ingredients first then top with ice before blending. For a thinner smoothie, skip the ice. For a thicker smoothie, add more ice.

  • 1 cup sweet cherries
  • 1 cup cottage cheese low fat
  • 1 cup Vidaslim coffee drink (4 scoops Vidaslim Coffee powder in 200ml water)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender along with desired amount of ice to thicken and puree until smooth and creamy. Divide between two glasses to serve.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup dried figs
  • 1 cup oats
  • 6 scoop Vidaslim Coffee powder
  • 1/4 cup (20g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp miniature chocolate chips
Preparation

Add the figs and water to a large microwave-safe bowl, and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Let the mixture cool for 5 minutes before adding the hydrated figs and leftover water to a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Let the mixture cool completely to room temperature. (Place in the refrigerator to speed up the process.)

Add the oats, Vidaslim coffee powder, and cocoa powder to a medium bowl, and stir until thoroughly combined. Mix in the fig paste until fully incorporated. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Lay a sheet of wax paper on a large plate. Shape the chocolate mixture into 32 balls, placing each on the wax paper after rolling.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup hulled strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 6 scoops Vidaslim Coffee powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ice to taste
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth and creamy. Add more ice until reached desired level of thickness.

Serves - 2

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces (115g) semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 6 scoops Vidaslim Coffee powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
Preparation

Place chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds and add Vidaslim Coffee powder. Spread chocolate mixture in a foil-lined 9-inch square metal baking pan; sprinkle with almonds and cranberries. Chill 1 hour or until chocolate is set.

Remove foil from chocolate; break into pieces. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks (shelf life of Cranberry Almond Bark)
